Reports Cheryl Cheryl Fernandez-Versini to ‘divorce’

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is lodging divorce papers to end her stormy second marriage, it was reported on Sunday.

“I believe Cheryl has told him she doesn’t want him to carry on working”, Franck says of his friend, who comes from a working-class family. “Get informed before you get opinionated…,”(sic) it said.

The former Girls Aloud singer has reportedly already begun formal proceedings by filing paperwork which cites “irreconcilable differences” between her and partner, Jean-Bernard.

His post appeared to be in response to a series of images Cheryl has shared on social media since the new year, including one where she flips the bird at the camera adding that she is “glad to see the back of 2015”, followed by a sad selfie in which she revealed that she plans to focus on music in 2016.

The couple, who are rumoured to be headed for a split after 19 months of marriage, have been taking to Instagram to post cryptic messages with thinly-veiled digs apparently directed at each other.

Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini was reportedly consumed by jealously and “hated” Cheryl speaking to other men. He also resented her friendship with the pop impresario and fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell.

Another wrote: “if true, in going through the same thing myself right now”.

“Cheryl you always make me smile”.

“They are now focusing on making sure they stay friends”.

The pair married on Caribbean island Mustique in July 2014 after meeting only several months previously.

“Over time it became clear to each of them that they were very different people and from very different worlds”, said a source.

Talking to The Sun, a source said: “Cheryl is divorcing JB on the grounds of his unreasonable behaviour”. Fans saw it as a united front but in reality the relationship had ended two months earlier and the pair attended the party together as close friends.
