Snow likely, windy, low around 18
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory from 3 PM to 11 PM today.
And next Sunday, expect a 30 percent chance of snow and a high of 36.
West winds of 30 to 40 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour will cause visibilities as low as a half-mile.
Temperatures will be back to near average for much of the week with highs in the 20s and lows in the teens.
Monday: Partly sunny, with a high near 20.

Snow showers may continue into Tuesday afternoon with the potential for reduced visibilities. The National Weather Service has issued lake-effect snow warnings for parts of southwest NY, far northwest Pennsylvania and areas east of Lake Ontario in northern NY.
The Tuesday clipper system will add more snow. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
The State Thruway Authority said it is deploying equipment from Albany and downstate areas to Western New York in preparation for the lake effect snow. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

An Elyria Police Department dispatcher said the city had only experienced one minor accident Sunday night with the snow accumulation less than an inch. Cloudy with a low around 14. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
Saturday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers.
