Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) Press Renderings Leaked
Yibada made a keen comparison between the two handsets, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Xiaomi Mi 5. The device is seen bearing the model number as SM-G935A and is purported to have a 5.1 inch display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixel resolution. And also the fact that it isn’t a really user-friendly device when it comes to “playing well with others”, case being such as the iCloud.com that couldn’t seem to be loading on Chrome for Android.
It is expected that these smartphones are set to release on 20 February in Samsung Unpacked 2016 Event.
Another leak from the same social network (read here) comments that the phone will actually be releasing with a 5.2 inched screen. The new device is expected to be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3457 processor clubbed with 1GB RAM and Mali-720 GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is possibly just weeks away and we may have one of our best looks at it yet in a new render video.
The Galaxy S7 has a new camera setup 12MP BRITECELL sensor on the back and 5MP snapper on the front. It was noted to have received high ratings from all review websites. Both the phones will have long lasting batteries; Galaxy S7 is said to contain a 3000 mAh battery whereas the Galaxy S7 Edge is tipped to contain a 3600 mAh battery. It appears that the 2016 version of the Galaxy J1 is still not exactly a powerhouse, but with those specs, we’d reckon it’d be pretty easy on the wallet. This has now been confirmed by one of Xiaomi’s co-founders, Li Wanqiang, on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo.
Bigger battery capacity – ValueWalk also supported the microSD card support rumor, adding that should Samsung decide to place the slot on the back panel, a removable cover would also mean the return of upgradeable batteries. While its flagship devices have always been touted and praised as some of Android’s best, the company failed to get into the level of the new iPhone units in terms of sales performance.
