Powerball ticket worth $150000 sold in Dunmore
However, one person is holding a $1 million Powerball ticket.
Michigan State Lottery spokesperson Jeff Holyfield confirmed that a $1 million winning ticket was sold at the Pilot Travel Center in Dexter, located at 750 Baker Rd.
Wilson’s Check Cashing, located along the 1200 block of East Susquehanna Street in Fishtown, sold the winning Powerball ticket for the Saturday night drawing.
The buyer also purchased Power Play, making the ticket worth $150,000, lottery officials said.
The Powerball jackpot has grown to an estimated $1.3 billion. The retailer is due a $500 bonus for selling the ticket.
Seven Pennsylvania lottery players won $150,000 on Saturday.
Another 18 tickets sold in the state won $50,000 by matching four white balls and the Powerball, but without the power play.
The winning ticket, officials said, matched all all five white balls: 16-19-32-34-57, but not the red Powerball (13).
The odds of winning the jackpot are one in 292.2 million.
