Meek Mill Disses Drake: Claims ‘Worst Behavior’ Rapper Doesn’t Write His Own
The rapper accused Drizzy of not writing his own raps during a Twitter rant on Tuesday (July 21), amid other complaints on how Mill became famous and reception to his new album. Serious question – Meek put up surprisingly good numbers for his latest album, which made it to the top of the charts, but Drake is one of the biggest artists on the planet.
But Mill isn’t slowing down, slyly paraphrasing one of Drake’s own lyrics (or are they??) from the song “Know Yourself” in a tweet on Wednesday. “He ain’t even write that verse on my album and if I woulda [sic] knew I woulda [sic] took it off my album”, the Philadelphia rapper wrote. So far, Mill has not responded to Kelly’s jibes. He quipped: “I asked her about how she did that with a boyfriend that was b4 me! Lol”.
He recently tweeted: “Stop comparing drake to me too…”
Drake has yet to respond to Meek’s claims on Twitter, but don’t worry, Chrissy Teigen has her eye on the “Energy” rapper. “That’s why he ain’t tweet my album [Dreams Worth More Than Money] because we found out!” That didn’t matter to Mill even though it should have at least influenced his decision. In addition to their fruitful collaborations, Drake is closely associated with Nicki, as the two are longtime friends, fellow Lil Wayne proteges and Cash Money label mates. “Keep killing. You motivate n–as like us”, he wrote.
But according to Mill, none of that matters because the Toronto rapper is a fake who uses ghostwriters, something that the entire industry knows whether or not anyone will admit it. “Let him be great for all the motherf– g things he great at, but I’m still going to be the realest n– in this b–“.
The art form is kept alive and progressive in the activities of the tens of thousands of rappers around the world who are everyday trying to think of that next witty bar.
