Xiaomi promised a ‘wonderful’ announcement yesterday, and right on cue the company has announced its plans to launch the
However, the Lenovo K4 is not the only model that Lenovo has to counter the Redmi Note 3 in India. We can expect Xiaomi to announce the availability details soon.
As for its display, the Lemon 3 features a 5-inch panel with full HD resolution. The phone will be available at a pricing of CNY 699 which is equivalent to INR 7,000 or United States $ 105. As with other Redmi devices, the Redmi Note 3 might also be locally manufactured at their Sri City manufacturing plant in Vizag, India which they started in association with Foxconn. Now Lenovo is stepping up to the plate with their own insanely priced handset: the Lemon 3.
Xiaomi has upgraded the camera specs and incorporated a 16-megapixel rear camera sensor with LED flash, f2. Moreover, as seen with the company’s smartphones as of late, the smartphone features dual speakers powered with the Dolby Atmos technology. Now, if you live in China, and you’re in a market for an affordable device, there are plenty of choices available, Redmi 3 and Lemon 3 are just some of those extremely cheap devices. The camera, too is quite impressive for a low-end device, as it comes with a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP camera in the back.
The Redmi 3 ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box. The hybrid SIM card slot allows users to either use a nano-SIM or a microSD card of up to 128 GB in one of the slots.
The handset also comes with 4G LTE connectivity, making it capable of delivering blazing fast Internet speeds. The Lemon 3 offers a higher-res display, but also a significantly smaller battery pack. This time around they show a sleek looking handset with a metal build, but a thick 8.9mm waistline due to a large 3,500mAh battery. It comes in Dark Grey, Silver and Champagne Gold colors.
