US Powerball jackpot hits $1.4B two days before next draw

As of Tuesday morning, the jackpot was at a whopping $1.5 billion. In addition to the major Powerball jackpot, there are smaller prizes for matching other combinations of numbers, as low as $4 for matching just the Powerball number.
