Mario Testino captures supermodel Derek Zoolander in new Cîroc campaign
We love how Stiller never breaks character throughout the fashionable photo spread!
Writer-director-star Ben Stiller shot Zoolander 2 in Rome past year from a script he has co-written with his Tropic Thunder collaborator Justin Theroux.
Odd make-out sessions? Yep, you’ve got it. Derek Zoolander appearing as a half man/half cow animal hybrid? Moo!
Zoolander 2 is the highly-anticipated follow-up of the 2001 original with Stiller and Wilson reprising their roles as extremely photogenic male models saving the world from Will Ferrell’s villainous character Jacobim Mugatu. It’s brilliant, and everyone needs to see the full story over on Vogue. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, impress your date with the “irresistible” and “untamed” scent, because, after all, “nothing attracts like the scent of No. 2”. If Naomi’s on board, it’s safe to assume we can expect several other fashion insiders to help promote the film in the coming weeks (except for Karl Lagerfeld of course).
Stiller opened up to the magazine about the origin of Blue Steel, his hilariously pouty pose from the first film. We’ll find out on February 12.
