Kangana Ranaut Reveals She Was Physically Abused By Someone From The Industry

During the event, Kangana spoke to media about her being physically abused by a man from the film industry, though she didn’t divulge the identity of the man. The Queen actress also said that success, all over the world, is overrated.

At the launch of Barkha Dutt’s book – The Unquiet Land, the actress got candid about her initial days in Bollywood and spoke about her struggles. “I am overwhelmed with the love I receive from my people”, says Kangana. But then, obviously his physical strength overpowered me and I struggled. Kangana recollected the full time when a guy from Bollywood who served as godfather and her coach stalked and struck her. “This guy who had been my father’s era struck me hardon my mind after I was 17”. I don’t have to go into details of it. I felt trapped. I must have been seventeen, I picked up my sandal and hit his head hard and he started bleeding as well.

When Barkha asked her whether cops took any action She said ” He wasn’t punished He was warned and told to stop stalking me.

Kangana Ranaut is one celebrity who not mince her terms. But later in an interview to Rajeev Masand, Kangana showed her displeasure over this gesture and said that Deepika could have called her up instead of saying it on a public platform. “I had never really tested myself before in such extreme situations”.
