Zlatan Ibrahimovic admits willingness to join Bayern Munich
The 33-year-old striker is only tied to Paris Saint-Germain until June 2016 and has repeatedly been named as an objective by the Rossoneri.
Speaking to Sport Mediaset, Mihajlovic insisted that the Swede is an important player but it will not be down to him to make the move happen.
In his career, for clubs like Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan, Barcelona and Ajax Amsterdam, Ibrahimovic has scored 323 goals in 576 games.
However, “Ibra” was tight-lipped on confirming his next move.
And Mihajlovic is determined to see how matters pan out in this instance: “He is an important player who has always done well”. That’s not up to me.
Inter have already had a busy summer in the transfer market, bringing in Geoffrey Kondogbia, Miranda, Jonathan Biabiany, Jeison Murillo and Martin Montoya.
However, Ibrahimovic is more interested in playing in the Bundesliga before he retires, preferably Bayern Munich.
“I still have to decide where to end my career”, Ibrahimovic told German site 11 Freunde.
Milan are reportedly closest to concluding a deal, and Mancini believes should they succeed they would be hard to stop in Serie A next season.
