Nikki Haley to Conservative Grassroots: Sit Down and Shut Up
When Haley recited lines like, “during anxious times, it can be tempting to follow the siren call of the angriest voices. There’s an anger that we should have”, he said.
‘I’m very angry because our country is being run horribly, ‘ Trump said. Haley said in her speech that fixing immigration “means welcoming properly vetted legal immigrants, regardless of their race or religion”.
Haley was present in the audience along with her husband when the question was asked.
“He was one of them, yes”, Haley said Wednesday morning on NBC’s “Today” show. Some of Obama’s remarks were clearly aimed at Donald Trump, and Ryan says it “sort of degrades the presidency to then talk about primary politics in the other party, during primaries”.
Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter probably went the farthest, writing, “Donald Trump should deport Nikki Haley”. “I’ve certainly honored the two promises I’ve made, always tell you the truth, never vote with my re-election in mind”.
Haley is not the only politician whom has been a beneficiary of Trump’s money who has seen their relationship sour with him.
“I think she’s right – I am angry”.
After Lauer read her some of the comments that had been posted on the address, Haley said: “I respect all of those people and understand their opinion, but I disagree”. Johnson favors the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, in favor of a health care system that injects more “free-market discipline”.
‘First of all, Nikki, this afternoon, said I’m a friend of hers, actually a close friend, and wherever you’re sitting Nikki, I am a friend, we’re friends, that’s good, ‘ Trump said. Trying to spin his message, Cruz said “framing it another way, not a lot of conservatives come out of Manhattan, I’m just saying”. “But if my speech causes a conversation about how we treat people in this country and the difference between illegal immigration and legal immigration, that’s a healthy conversation to have”.
“I’m very strong on illegal immigration. I tend to align myself more with Governor Haley’s comments on the issue”. Having said that, there are some things that other presidential candidates have said too. A dichotomy of just black and white isn’t big enough to comprehend or explain a Sikh Indian-American daughter of immigrants, who helped bring down what is, for many, a longstanding symbol of the enslavement of Africans and their descendants in America.
