Widower Invites Cruz to Learn About ‘New York Values’
Real-estate mogul Donald Trump’s attacks against Sen. When a woman asked how she could convince neighbors and friends who are supporters of Trump, Cruz took a more circumspect route to his criticism.

Republican presidential contender Donald Trump on Sunday said he’d consider filing a lawsuit challenging GOP rival Ted Cruz’ constitutional eligibility to be president, based on his birth in Canada. “You know, tell me what NY values are because I don’t know”.
Immediately after Thursday’s debate, Mr Trump told journalists at the media centre: “I guess the bromance is over”.
The video was released minutes before the Democratic presidential debate began.
Mr. Cruz said his motivation for attacking Mr. Trump’s values stemmed from the real estate magnate’s own statements, including those made 17 years ago in an interview with the late NBC journalist Tim Russert.
“I would hope that all New Yorkers allow everybody to speak about what they have to say”.
The New York Times reported Friday Cruz not only failed to report a loan from Goldman Sachs for his 2012 campaign, he also failed to report one from Citibank. Trump says Cruz is a nasty guy.
Cruz “has no trouble taking money from New York City, but he’s quick to insult our people and our values”, said Mayor Bill de Blasio, a liberal Democrat.
Trump mentioned newly filed litigation on the matter. The senator suggested Trump’s tweets were caused by a new poll that show him beating the survey-obsessed billionaire in a head-to-head match-up. In 2014, he drew their ire when he said “right to life, pro-assault weapon, anti-gay” conservatives have “no place in the state of New York” as he sought to try to explain that they can’t win elections in NY.
“I would note that Donald’s record does not match what he says as a candidate”, Cruz said, gamely tackling questions he routinely swatted away for seven months.
