Let Ian McKellen show you how to make ‘the best scrambled eggs
Having conquered the worlds of acting, reciting Taylor Swift lyrics and generally being awesome, he’s now showing us his culinary skills.
He’s Gandalf, Magneto, Sherlock Holmes and also the maker of the best scrambled eggs in the world. Holmes (a performance that’s already garnering Oscar buzz) to share his stepmother’s special recipe (which, incidentally, sounds quite a bit like Gordom Ramsay’s famous scrambled eggs).
Using a non-stick sauce pot-like a boss-a wooden spoon, a pad of butter, and some half-and-half, he whips up a more-than-respectable plate of soft-scrambled eggs on toast.
He’s even got his own opinions on the accompanying toast – telling you to keep it upright in the toast rack.
“Sir Ian is a brilliant actor and seems like a wonderful person”, said polite Facebook dissenter Paul Bonzulac.
The results of his labours, meanwhile, look mouth-watering.
