Tensing fired one shot at the 43-year-old, killing him during a traffic stop in Mount Auburn Sunday, reported by a police report. A statement from the university says Cincinnati Police have agreed to increase patrols around the campus boundaries.
The police report released Thursday stated Tensing advised officers responding to his radio name that he was trying a visitors cease when “sooner or later, he started to be dragged by a male black driver who was working a Green Honda Accord”.

The FOIA requests and the lawsuit seek public release of all video related to the July 19 shooting of 43-year-old Samuel Dubose. They held signs with slogans including “Justice for Samuel Dubose” and repeatedly chanted for Deters to “release that tape”.
The prosecutor has refused to release body-camera footage until his investigation is completed. “We will be monitoring these changes on a continuing basis to make adjustments as warranted”, Ono said.
Deters is refusing to release the video footage, because he says it would compromise his investigation and “taint” the grand jury process.
