Oklahoma police scour teenager’s social media posts after stabbing deaths of 5
This photo provided by the Broken Arrow, Okla., Police Department shows Robert Bever, a suspect in the stabbing deaths of an Oklahoma family in Broken Arrow, Thursday, July 23, 2015.
“Not only is this unusual for Broken Arrow, it’s unheard of to have, you know, a fatality in Broken Arrow, a homicide, and, of course, in this case, to actually have five”, said Cpl.
Family killing… Robert Bever has been arrested along with his younger brother. Three other victims and two family members who survived the attack have not yet been identified.
“I feel so bad for everyone who walks into that house. We had a canine track and they were apprehended”, Cooper said.

Authorities say five people were found stabbed to death in a Tulsa-area home following an “open 911” call in which someone dialed 911 but didn’t speak. The two survivors were the injured 13-year-old girl and the 2-year-old girl.
The adult victims have since been identified as 52-year-old David Bever and 44-year-old April Bever. The three children found dead were boys ages 12 and 7, and a 5-year-old girl, Calhoun said. Other officers erected black tarps and blue tarps to shield the home from reporters and neighbors while they gathered clues.
Calhoun said officers responding to a 911 call about 11:30 Wednesday night could not enter the house through the front door but heard moaning and found another way inside.
No names have been released. He was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of murder after two adult women and three girls aged six-months to six-years were found dead on Saturday inside a home in the city of Modesto, some 90 miles (145 km) east of San Francisco.
The suspects, who are brothers, lived at the same Broken Arrow home as their victims.
When they arrived, Cooper says officers found the five deceased victims and a child who was still alive and was brought to the hospital in critical condition. Calhoun said the agency would release audio on Monday.
A tracking dog led officers to 16- and 18-year-old brothers in woods near the house.
“My son never had an opportunity to play with him because their parents wouldn’t allow them to play with the other kids”, Whitworth said.
Helen Hoagland, 88, a neighborhood resident for 42 years, said the children were home-schooled and kept on a tight leash.
Calhoun said if the family had had any previous interaction with police, it would have been “nothing significant”.
The family had helped with neighborhood Christmas decorations in the past, but they stopped after two years.
“Whenever I’d see the children with the mom, they always seemed OK”, she said.
