New Rise of the Tomb Raider DLC drops next week
Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch will release January 26th.
Rise of the Tomb Raider is available now for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, with a PC release planned for January 28th. “Includes a new outfit, and a new bow”.
With Rise of the Tomb Raider getting more sales thanks to a million copies sold during the holidays, as well as the release of the PC arriving in just a few days, Microsoft will not let this slip by as they announced an upcoming downloadable content for the game on the Xbox One. Microsoft has since left it unconfirmed if Baba Yaga will also be made available for PC players.
Go to the Square Enix e-store and you can get everything in the Digital Deluxe Edition listed above along with a 12-inch Lara Croft figure, replicas of Lara’s journal, a jade necklace and a steel case for $149.99 included with the Collector’s Edition. What do you think about Endurance mode? With her senses confused by some kind of potent hallucinogen it appears to Lara (and the person playing as her) that she is under attack from supernatural forces. The third piece of DLC, Cold Darkness Awakened, will introduce a horde mode of sorts when it comes out later this year.
With the release of Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC, it seems fair to assume that the DLC should be released on that version too.
Skies are looking blue for Tomb Raider fans with an Xbox One or PC! Is the witch, Baba Yaga, truly haunting the forbidden forest? Individual pricing for Baba Yaga has not yet been revealed, however.
