YouTube pushes virtual reality with 360-degree 3-D

A precise timeline on when YouTube content creators can expect this support to go live isn’t available, but given Google’s past rapid prototyping in this arena, expect something live very shortly. However, YouTube’s new, re-designed or rather re-conceptualised android app will make sure you get videos directly from the video platform’s better creators, rather than that nonsensical stuff. Consumer interaction and sustained attention makes advertisers happy, and Google likes to keep advertisers happy, so as of today 360-degree videos will be supported in TrueView ads on YouTube.
