Police Arrested Palestinian Who Killed Israeli Woman
The incident follows an attack on Sunday that saw a 38-year-old Israeli woman stabbed to death by a Palestinian who broke into her home in another West Bank settlement.

The US ambassador complained that new “settler outposts are being legalised despite earlier pledges to the United States not to do so, while routine, administrative demolition of Palestinian structures continues”.
Palestinians want to form an independent state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, with East Jerusalem as the capital.
This public rebuke from Israel’s top ally has then incited an angry response from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“We have a strong desire to maintain our and the Palestinians’ daily life, but we will not hesitate, if necessary, to ban the entry of Palestinian into [settlements]”, he said, according to Haaretz.
The European Union has also strongly opposed Israeli settlement activity and has made a decision to label products imported from those areas. Shapiro said that Washington was “concerned and perplexed” over Israel’s strategy of building West Bank settlements.
