Motorola will soon rollout Marshmallow update for Moto G 2nd Gen
Motorola Mobility which has already raised the curtains for its Moto X Force smartphone in the U.S. under the name Droid Turbo 2 has been teasing the India launch of the device for past few weeks in the country. If this device really stands to the tests as shown in the videos below, it sure would be a blessing in disguise for people who drop their phone often.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Moto X Force, here’s the scoop.

When Motorola was busy slashing the prices of its smartphones on Flipkart, we busy waiting for a new announcement from the company’s stable.
Motorola has confirmed the roll out of Android 6.0 Marshmallow to its Moto G (Gen 2) handsets soon. The info does contradict the statement made by Motorola India general manager during an interview last month, where he claimed the Moto X Force would be launched in India in the month of January.
The Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) has a 5-inch HD screen, front-facing speakers, 8MP rear camera. On the back is the 21MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and phase-detection autofocus and dual-LED flash, while a 5MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.4micron pixels and LED flash is in the front. The smartphone is powered by a 3,760 mAh battery, and supports quick charging. Connectivity options include the usual suspects like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth along with 4G LTE.
Upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the expected availability of both 32GB and 64GB internal storage variants. The smartphone was first available in the United Kingdom priced at GBP 499 (roughly Rs. 49,900) for the 32GB variant, and a GBP 534 (roughly Rs. 53,400) for the 64GB variant.
The hardware inside the Moto X Force is also fairly high-end though now that the Snapdragon 820 is round the corner it is not clear how much of an appeal the Snapdragon 810 will hold.
