The Witcher 2 Added to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility
In addition to providing one of the biggest applause points of Microsoft’s press conference, console owners have dropped more than 21 million hours into playing Xbox 360 games on their new console thus far.
Microsoft has said that the update is already rolling out now, so Preview members should have it. For everyone else, expect these features to come in time for the Xbox One February 2016 update. It will also bring a new Gamerscore Leaderboard and better Home screen and activity feed, according to PC Mag. And of course the full list of backwards compatible games will remain available separately as well. To download it for free, you’ll need to live in the UK, US, Canada, France or Germany.
The update’s improved social features will help a gamer avoid annoying players by letting them see the members of a party.
Players can also go to the Achievements section on their profile to see the new Gamerscore Leaderboard.
It was reported that the free update of “Rocket League” for PS4 and Xbox One will enable users to use the limited edition crown toppers on their battle-cars, Express UK claimed. They can also join by clicking the Chat button.
One of the new added social features on the Xbox One is giving users the ability to see who’s in a Party before joining.
Twitch Broadcasts: If your friends decide to broadcast, you will now be able to watch them.
The upcoming Xbox One update is due to arrive for everyone sometime next month. You will also be shown “Trending” topics in your activity feed, other than friend suggestions.
