South, East brace for big storm, significant snowfall (map)
Cities near the core of the band such as Stuttgart, Forrest City and West Memphis could see more than 4 inches of snow before the winter storm moves out of the state Friday, according to the weather service.
The National Weather Service issued a Blizzard Watch Wednesday morning just as D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser announced the city’s preparations for the storm.
