Cruz backers: Should he temper conservatism with moderation?
Trump has stated that he is relying on the professional legal opinion of Harvard Law School Professor Laurence Tribe who has recently said that the issue of Ted Cruz’ birth in Canada needs to be “explored” as to whether Cruz is a “natural born citizen” and thus eligible to run.

Cruz sharpened his tone against Trump Monday night in New Hampshire, where he reminded rally attendees that Trump had been absent in the conversation when Cruz sought to block an immigration overhaul.

But a hurdle was dumped in Cruz’s path Tuesday, when Iowa’s popular Governor Terry Branstad openly expressed opposition to a Cruz victory.
“When you get into real communities of people who want to hold the framework in New Hampshire together”, said Seth Caleb, a 25-year-old paramedic, “I believe he’ll have more support”.
