Celine Dion Brother’s Funeral One Day After Husband’s
The singer was stunned by the fans who lined up outside the church, where she Wednesday Rene 20 years ago, to pay their respects to the music mogul at a public viewing on Thursday (21Jan16), and she greeted hundreds of strangers as she watched over her late husband’s casket, dressed in black and wearing a veil.

Angelil and Dion also have 5-year-old twin sons and Angelil had three other children from previous marriages.
“And now, more than ever, we realize how exceptional it was to have had a father who never hesitated to utter such precious words”.
“If I’m too withdrawn, I don’t think my family will overcome that”.
That’s what 14-year-old René-Charles Angelil said in a touching eulogy he delivered Friday for his father, Celine Dion’s husband of 21 years, René Angelil.
Former prime minister Brian Mulroney described Angelil as a “terrific gentleman” who will be sorely missed. Attending the funeral was the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s wife, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, and federal Heritage Minister Mélanie Jol.
Clutching her copy of Paris Match magazine featuring a cover story on Dion and Angelil, Andrea Marier said the couple’s story – in which Angelil plucked Dion, then a teen from Charlemagne, Quebec, from obscurity and turned her into an global musical superstar – was an inspiration to thousands of fans.
“People think manager, but he was also so creative and so involved in all the creative processes, all the artistic decisions”, Price said.
