Manning’s Broncos book NFL Super Bowl 50 showdown with Carolina

Then Denver’s Daniels-Manning duo struck again following a Von Miller interception of Brady.

Coincidentally, Manning’s only other touchdown pass in the Mile High city this season went to Daniels as well.

Daniels, a 2001 Naperville Central alumnus, will become the first Redskin or Redhawk alumnus to play in a Super Bowl when the Broncos meet either the Cardinals or Panthers on February 7. On the play in question, Peyton Manning threw a swing pass to Ronnie Hillman that was ruled incomplete, with linebacker Jonathan Freeny picking up the bouncing football.

After the game, Brady and Manning hugged.
