Lenovo K5 Note announced with MediaTek Helio P10 chip and metal-clad build
Lenovo K5 Note comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera with support for Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), a f/2.2 aperture and dual tone LED flash in addition to an 8MP front-facing shooter.
Lenovo has launched a new smartphone in China, the Lenovo K5 Note and the handset comes with a 5.5 inch display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
What’s surprising is the fact that Lenovo launched the sequel to the K4 Note so quickly.
The Lenovo K5 Note runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 3500mAh non removable battery.
After releasing the K4 Note in India earlier this month, Lenovo announced the immediate availability of K5 Note, another mid-range Android phablet. Similar to the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, the K5 Note will be also sold via a flash sale model but will be available only in China. However, it’s already been listed in the Chinese market with a price tag starting from 1,099 yuan (approximately Rs. 11,000). The Lenovo K4 Note was launched few weeks back. Just like most of the other Lenovo phones, the K5 Note is fitted with a 1.5W speaker on the rear along with the Dolby Atmos Surround system.
Same as the Lenovo K5 Note is also powered by a MediaTek processor. The K5 Note has a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor clocked at a speed of 1.8 Ghz along with 2GB of RAM and a Mali-T860 GPU. On the storage front, the device offers 16GB of on board memory along with a microSD card slot. The smartphone has a Dual Nano-SIM. The K5 Note smartphone packs digital compass, accelerometer, proximity, and ambient light sensors. 4G LTE is compatible with India’s LTE bands as well.
