Hillary Clinton: I Don’t Understand The Meaning Of Establishment Candidate
Hillary Clinton countered his position, highlighting Iran’s bad behavior on non-nuclear activity and its sponsor of terrorism in the region. She’s painting him as an idealist, and in her speech, she had some new lines.
The Iowa caucuses now appear headed for a close finish, which is likely to hearten Sanders’s supporters heading into he key state of New Hampshire, where he holds a lead over Clinton.
Clinton’s campaign is anxious about a split among female voters. Spots on local cable aren’t included. He’s introduced his health care plan nine times. The sample included 266 who were likely to participate in the Republican presidential caucus and 280 who were likely to participate in the Democratic presidential caucus. But 46 percent still thought Trump has the best chance of winning in the general election in November and 47 percent thought he was the stronger leader. Trump and Cruz are almost tied in polls of Iowa voters.
Hillary has said previously she would “work for every vote” while campaigning.
Clinton, a former secretary of state, led on foreign policy, garnering more trust by 40 points. She expects things rather than plans for them.
Sanders spoke to students at Southern New Hampshire University.
In December, Clinton led Sanders in the Hawkeye State by 18 points in CNN/ORC’s polling, 54% to 36%.
The campaign also released a video on Thursday featuring Sullivan explaining the fundamental misunderstandings that Sanders’ proposals show and the inherent dangers they would pose.
Many Clinton allies share the president’s desire for more organization on the ground; they see enthusiasm that’s ready to be channeled, but no channel yet in place.
While New Hampshire voters also prefer Clinton over the GOP’s outsider candidates, hypothetical matchups against Rubio and Kasich yield tight races.
Those polled were asked to evaluate the Republican candidate who would best handle issues such as the economy, illegal immigration, foreign policy and social issues such as abortion and same sex-marriage.
In New Hampshire, Clinton is broadcasting an ad particularly targeted in the media markets of southern New Hampshire and suburban Boston where Scala said Clinton will need to motivate voters to win the primary. Clinton took the stage and echoed Shaheen, affirming “we are in a dogfight”, but closed with an expression of confidence in her chances.
The ad hasn’t aired a single time in Iowa over the past month. “I care about making a real difference in your life and that gets to the choice you have to make in this caucus”.
The uptick in rhetoric comes in the final days of the Iowa campaign.
Clinton has aired one broadcast TV spot aimed exclusively at gun control in Iowa but only sparingly.
As for Wisniewski’s comment that Sanders is picking up support in urban communities, Sumter said she doesn’t see such a trend in Paterson.
