New Trailer For The Angry Birds Movie Soars With Laughs
Hopefully at least one of them will be good, suffice it to say I don’t think The Angry Birds Movie will be it.
The first official trailer for The Angry Birds Movie has finally arrived at promises to satisfy fans of the popular game series it is adapted from. This full-length trailer shows Red dealing with his anger issues and sometimes not, and how the community of birds perceives him. It will make children giggle. The film is set on an idyllic island where Red, the angriest bird, must embrace his ire in order to fight off a group of green pigs who want to steal the bird’s eggs.
While it would be easy to accuse Hollywood of running out of ideas seeing as they’re bringing a mobile game with absolutely no narrative whatsoever to the big screen, The Angry Birds Movie looks surprisingly great.
The trailer, released by Rovio and Sony, offers a glimpse of the various comedic moments in the movie that will take the audience in a world of laughter. In this paradise, Red (Sudeikis), a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck (Gad), and the volatile Bomb (McBride) have always been outsiders.
Jason Sudeikis, Peter Dinklage, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Keegan-Michael Key and more lend their voices to various characters in the animation.
