Peyton Manning to Bill Belichick: “This might be my last rodeo”
Belichick had made a point of seeking out Manning in the post-match melee and drew the quarterback in close to exchange words.
“Hey listen, this might be my last rodeo, so it sure has been a pleasure”, Manning said to Belichick after the Broncos’ 20-18 AFC championship win on Sunday.
Belichick replied: “You’re a great competitor”.
On NFL Total Access night, viewers heard one line, from Manning to Belichick, when the pair were caught in a clinch at the end of the game: “This might be my last rodeo”, the quarterback said.
The allegations surfaced in an Al Jazeera report that said Manning’s wife received deliveries of HGH, which is banned by the National Football League, at their home. “Just like today, it’s always been a tremendous challenge when you play against both of them together, especially”. It has been a matchup of one of the best coaches in league history against one of the best players in league history, and Manning expressed his appreciation for their matchups. “You probably don’t know it. You’re probably like, ‘Is DeMarcus excited or not?’ I am excited, but the thing is that you have one more game left, then you can celebrate”.
The rumors that Peyton Manning may retire following the Super Bowl have picked up. But they look like a pretty loose team and I don t think they ll have an issue.
“I know he appears to be healthy, but what I saw in the lack of strength were really his throws to the sideline, more so on go routes down the sideline”, Montana said. Denver Broncos offensive linebacker Von Miller is featured with the cover line, “Orange Rush; Peyton Manning Will Be The Super Bowl Narrative But the Broncos’ Soul-Crushing D Is the Story”. He won a championship with the Indianapolis Colts in 2007, lost with the Colts in 2010, and lost again with the Broncos in 2014.
The last time the Panthers were in the Super Bowl, they had to wear white and the New England Patriots got to wear their blue home jerseys. That sets up a Super Bowl match-up that has already been dubbed the “old guard versus the new”, or some variation of that premise.
