Panthers LB Davis has surgery, expected to play in Super Bowl

Since Denver has scored 30 points in regulation only once this season (Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs), the Panthers should cruise to victory if they can turn the Super Bowl into a shootout. There’s the fan that attends every game, dresses outrageously and teammates know them by name.

And no, this nasty Denver Broncos defense hasn’t suddenly turned soft.

Thomas Davis really wants to play in Super Bowl 50. But Trevathan and inside-linebacking cohort Brandon Marshall remain firmly entrenched among the underrated contingent.
