‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6 Spoilers: Another Fresh Face Besides Negan?
In a recent interview with TV Insider, Walking Dead showrunner Scott M. Gimple revealed that the new episodes would return the show to a linear narrative, following the first half’s more elliptical storytelling. It stands to reason he’s probably an entirely new character – much like the rest of the cast for the Los Angeles-set prequel series. Cohan left the set feeling defeated, emotionally drained and ready to quit the show.
“The script where Maggie has to give the character Laurie a C-section to save the baby that becomes baby Judith”, Cohan shared.
“As far as shake-ups go, we have a lot of shake-ups from season to season”, Kirkman said, as quoted in Fashion&Style. And then I realized that’s why I have to do it.
Negan, who will be portrayed by “Supernatural” alum Jeffrey Dean Morgan, will appear in “The Walking Dead” season six finale and executive producer Scott Gimple warned viewers that this new villain is the worst kind of bully. On top of that, Cohan’s The Walking Dead costar Norman Reedus recently told Empire there’s a major fight scene coming featuring Negan.
“There’s going to be a fight”, he said.
“In the latest promo for the upcoming second half of “The Walking Dead” Season 6, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) attempts to guide his fellow survivors through a hoard of zombies with what may very well be the most useless advice imaginable”. All of us are about to clash with that motherf***er.
Deadline reports Daniel Zovatto, likely best know for his role in the indie horror hit It Follows, has signed on in a recurring role in the show’s second season.
