Petition Started to Get Snoop Dogg to Narrate ‘Planet Earth’

Supporters of the petition have cited everything from making the show more appealing to younger music fans to the assertion that “Snoop intimately knows Mother Earth”.

The nature programme, which has run on Discovery for several years, has been parodied in recent years by Jimmy Kimmel and Snoop Dogg; with the rapper providing colour commentary over the animal footage.

A petition for this to happen has already received more than 23,000 signatures.
