Another customer called Steve Locke accused customer service handlers of being in “panic mode” as they “shouted at him” over the situation.
BT’s chief executive Gavin Patterson said the third quarter revealed a ‘strong set of results with good numbers across the board’.
“We are aware of the problems and are working on them as fast as we can”.
