Warmer temperatures should remain a few more days

Billings could see some light snow Tuesday and while temperatures will stay under the freezing point no accumulation is expected. East wind 10 to 15 miles per hour increasing to 15 to 20 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Tonight Rain before 7pm, then rain and snow between 7pm and 9pm, then snow after 9pm. El Nino, though, might have more rain and snow in store for us later in the month.

Wednesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 32.

Thursday night: Partly cloudy with lows in the upper 20s.

WEDNESDAY: Rain showers will be possible for the morning commute, with clearing skies and cooling temperatures Wednesday afternoon. Northwest wind 14 to 22 miles per hour with gusts as high as 31 miles per hour.

The forecast for Wednesday calls for sunny skies in the morning then becoming partly cloudy. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. Winds: Southwest shifting West 4-12 miles per hour. New precipitation amounts between a 10th and quarter of an inch possible.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 48 degrees, according to AccuWeather. North, northwest wind 11 to 15 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 21 miles per hour.

Rain is expected on Tuesday night, with an 80 percent chance predicted. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Rain is likely, mostly after 5 p.m. A thunderstorm is possible before midnight.
