Judge finalizes Hilary Duff’s divorce from ex-NHL player Mike Comrie
Actress Hilary Duff and hockey player Mike Comrie have finalized their divorce, reports TMZ.
Hilary and Mike will co-parent their 3 year old son Luca, as it was revealed that they will split joint physical custody where they will adhere to “mutually-agreed upon” schedules. Duff will pay Comrie $2.4 million for his share of the Beverly Hills mansion they once shared, as she intends to continue making that her home.
Comrie gets to keep his two cars – a Mercedes G-Class SUV and Bentley coupe – as well the Jewellery. Duff filed for divorce in February of 2015, but given how frequently we spotted the two together, there were some rumors that they might be rekindling their romance.
The documents also revealed that a pre-nuptial agreement was signed by both parties when they tied the knot back in 2010. They split the child-rearing costs and neither gets spousal support.
“We have such a great kid”. And we’re both so obsessed with him. ‘We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication’.
