Uber Puppy Bowl Coming to Denver This Wednesday

Thirty dollars gets you 15 minutes of playtime with a “puppy squad” and their “coaches”, and Uber is donating all proceeds to animal shelters in participating cities.

This year, Animal Planet collaborated with 44 shelters across the country to recruit the best and the brightest for #TeamRuff and #TeamFluff.

It’s the second year Uber has done puppy deliveries.

In New York, pooches from Bidawee, the Humane Society of New York and the Liberty Humane Society will all be delivering puppies. Last year, over 70 puppies were adopted during the Uber Puppy Bowl.

“These little faces are pretty hard to resist so we’re hoping the more time people will spend with these puppies tomorrow the more they’ll want to bring them home”, Taylor Patterson of Uber said. This is the first time #UberPUPPYBOWL will take place in Chicago! “She could really use a nap”, Kristen adds. The game pits Team Ruff and Team Fluff against one another, but it’s all in good fun. But unlike a real football game, bins of squeaking chew toys and stuffed footballs line the miniature field, and there are sporadic breaks to clean pee and poop off the turf.

The lineups for Kitten Bowl III were also revealed by the Hallmark Channel in preparation for Sunday. “It’s just cuteness overload”.
