Maruti Vitara Brezza revealed
As far as styling is concerned, the compact SUV gets the standard brawny yet slick design that is a trend among cars from this segment.
Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa said, “Vitara Brezza is true to its category of a compact urban SUV”. Developed comprehensively by the Indian team with little help from partner
“There is no truth in the news of our tie-up with Toyota, but on a different note its absolute control of our compact auto rival Daihatsu by hiking the stake to 100 per cent will toughen competition in India as well as in other global markets. Vitara Brezza is Maruti Suzuki’s symbol of Create in India”.
Maruti has launched the SUV on 3rd February this year.
The signature “Bull Horn” lights with unique turn indicators in the front bumper lend distinctness. Minimum ground clearance is 198mm and it runs on 215/60 R16 tyres.
The Vitara Brezza is powered by the familiar DDiS 200 engine and the company says that it has incorporated a pendulum engine mount to ensure better NVH levels. The ‘(O)’ variants can be opted with a passenger side airbag, ABS with EBD and Front seatbelt pretensioner with force limiter. A stronger, hi-tensile steel body not only offers superior ride-handling, but also enhances occupant protection along with Suzuki TECT body structure. Visitors will be able to see over 80 new launches at the expo.
