Katie Holmes Says “Good Morning America”

Katie Holmes appeared on “Good Morning America” to promote her new TV series “Ray Donovan”, reported Mirror.

The character is a far cry from the role Katie is most known for as the innocent Joey Potter from the late 90s series “Dawson’s Creek“.

She also answered another burning question on the minds of all her loyal “Dawson’s Creek” fans, addressing whether or not a reunion would ever happen for the show that landed her on the map.

The actress added: “They told me about the braces, and I said “I’m in!” Van Der Beek was speaking with Huffington Post Live while promoting the CBS show Friends With Better Lives when a Dawson’s Creek reunion question was asked. He said Williamson does not want a reunion happening.

The former Dawson’s Creek star usually opts for a low-key yet chic style of dressing and we rarely see her wearing anything too dramatic.

“Well [creator] Kevin Williamson said he didn’t want to write it and he didn’t think it would be artistically gratifying for the fans”, he said.

Katie Holmes – who starred in the teen series from 1998 to 2003 – has said she’d love to return to WIlmington with her castmates for a possible reboot.

“I think Rihanna always does unbelievable”.

That said, Williams would “really love” to do a reunion.

“My character died in the end, so there are certain limitations for me”. I think it’s definitely to show that Paige, while she does look like she has everything in order, she still is flawed. “We’ll be old and gray and nasty by the time [that happens]”.
