Miley Cyrus To Join ‘The Voice’ Season 10 As Key Advisor

The Wrecking Ball singer revealed her new gig by taking a photo of herself licking one of the show’s signature big red buttons on judge Christina Aguilera’s swiveling chair and posting it on Twitter.com on Wednesday (03Feb16). In past seasons, the key adviser has also helped contestants during the competitive knockout rounds.

“When Miley speaks everyone pays attention”, says NBC President of Alternative and Late Night Programming Paul Telegdy.

Cyrus is following in the steps of fellow pop-star Taylor Swift, who held the same advisor position on the show back in 2014. When asked if she could serve as an adviser for one of the coaches, Greenblatt responded with a “maybe”.

“We’re announcing those advisers in the next couple of weeks but she’s very close to the show”, he said. We’d love to see Gwen back.

Rihanna was the “key adviser” last season.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus‘ most recent album “Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz”, was nominated for the 2016 GLAAD Awards. It’s a T.V. series that has been written by Allen.

This one definitely makes sense to us given that Miley can really teach these artists a thing or two about finding something that makes them unique as a singer and a performer. Cyrus will be starring alongside Elaine May, 83.

With regard to the four judges, Christina Aguilera will be returning on the 10th season and replacing Gwen Stefani.
