Apple to release iPhone 5SE, iPad Air 3 on March 15
It appears that Apple is including quite a hefty upgrade in terms of hardware with the iPad Air 3 and this is good news to go around for Apple fans. Both details are described in a February 2 story by MacRumors. Firstly, the next-gen iPhone will get rid of the rear camera bump that protrudes slightly out of the rear casing of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. You may run into a big problem if you update to iOS 9: users are reporting a message known as Error 53 is rendering their phones useless, making the phone impossible to use.
A member of the press compares the new iPhone models at the launch of the new Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus at the Apple Omotesando store on September 19, 2014 in Tokyo, Japan. The production cutbacks are expected to allow remaining iPhone inventories to be reduced in the meantime.
Next month’s launch will be Apple’s first media event since September, and will reportedly feature three major product lines from the company.
According to the recent rumors, the iPad Air 3 will have a 4K display which is a massive improvement over the current lineup’s 2,048 x 1,536 pixel display.
We are not sure whether Apple has made a decision to improve the camera capability of the iPad Air 3, although, we would have loved to witness an updated 12MP camera, borrowed from the iPhone 6S, on the upcoming device.
The iPhone 5se is a revamp of the iPhone 5s model. But Gurman says that we shouldn’t expect a revamped Apple Watch until later this year. One aspect of concern has also come forth that iPhone 5se may have outdated specs by the time the iPhone 7 releases.
The iPhone 5se is expected to have a smaller, 4-inch screen more in line with previous versions of the phone.
Rumors that Apple could provide dual-camera shooter in its next phone offering surfaced yet again on Tuesday with new reports claiming that Taiwanese manufacturers sent some samples to the phone maker. It will be the company’s first 4-inch iPhone since the iPhone 5S.
