Owl has a ‘conversation’ with Colorado sheriff
A sheriff’s deputy in Boulder County, Colorado, came across this suspicious baby owl last week. Criminals wouldn’t know what to do with so much cuteness and would probably surrender on sight of that baby owl sporting a tiny sheriff’s badge and cowboy hat.
Boulder County sheriff’s deputy Sophie Berman came across the raptor on a dirt road as she patrolled an area near a campground west of Boulder.
The owl eventually safely flew away, according to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. The video, posted later to YouTube, racked up 140,000 views in 24 hours.
“Hey. What’s up?” the deputy asks, to which the juvenile owl replies, “Chirp… click, click”.
