Special pet adoption prices to celebrate Kitten Bowl III
The “Kitten Bowl” franchise is part of Hallmark Channel’s evergreen corporate initiative, “Pet Project”, a multi-faceted initiative devoted to celebrating pets and its core goal bringing light to the plight of shelter pets and the incredible joy adopting a pet can bring to our lives.
The Hallmark Channel, based in Studio City, Calif., in partnership with North Shore Animal League America in Port Washington, N.Y., will co-host Kitten Bowl III adoption parties for the third year in a row at more than 35 local shelters across the nation.
There are 44 kittens participating in the feline championship, split among four teams: Boomer’s Bobcats, Last Hope Lions, The Home & Family Felines and The North Shore Bengals.
A week ago Beth actually appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote the Kitten Bowl. And while Beth may have a constant stream of animals going in and out of her house, she claims that Howard still manages to come up with names for each and every one of the temporary family members.
Unfortunately, Hallmark won’t be live streaming the game. However, there are still countless adoptable kittens, cats, puppies and dogs anxiously waiting to be adopted.
Once you’ve had your fill of fluffy kittens, tune in to the Animal Planet from 3-5 p.m. ET and watch the extremely popular Puppy Bowl XII.
The shelter will be offering a special price of $14 for feline adoption fees on Saturday and Sunday.

The claws are coming out on Sunday, February 7!
