Beyonce nearly falls during Super Bowl halftime performance

Martin then introduced Bruno Mars who represented the present. Bey sang her brand new controversial track Formation.
Beyonce, who headlined the halftime show three years ago in New Orleans, also is in black and gold, along with her all-female backup dancers, for new single “Formation”.
The announcement follows the star studded half time show at Super Bowl 50.
Coldplay returned with “Clocks” and “Fix You”, as viewers saw a montage of highlights of past Super Bowl halftime performances from the likes of Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, Prince, Stevie Wonder and others.
Coldplay started things off with a mashup and medley of its hits: “Vida La Vida”, “Paradise” and “Adventure of a Lifetime”.
All throughout Super Bowl 50, CBS hyped the halftime show with Coldplay, Beyonce and Bruno Mars as “a musical celebration of past, present and future” – as if we somehow weren’t watching a collection of artists between the ages of 30 and 38.
With producer Mark Ronson at the turntables behind him, Bruno Mars put a little bit more sex into the show with his performance of his funk-inspired hit, reminding us – in case we’ve forgotten – that he’s got moves for days.
By then, Coldplay, Beyonce and Mars were arm-in-arm with the orchestra behind them, singing in unison as the crowd in one part of the stadium held up cards that spelled “Believe in Love”.
Martin opened the Sunday night show with the refrain of “Yellow” – “Look at the stars / look how they shine for you” – before hoping onto a colorful stage whose platform was backlit by LED lights.
