Donald Trump: Jeb Bush is an ’embarrassment to his family’
Well, they used – the Bush family used the taking of land privately, eminent domain on Texas stadium. Doocy replied. “I think you had your best debate of the season”, and then played the exchange he had with Donald Trump about eminent domain. “Jeb Bush doesn’t understand what it means, and if you look into the Bush family – I found this five minutes ago – they used eminent domain for the stadium in Texas, where they own, I guess, a piece of the Texas Rangers”.
The former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is hoping to jump-start his lagging Presidential campaign with a new television ad featuring the worst President in US history, campaign aides confirm.
“That doesn’t matter”, he said. Although they noted that Trump wouldn’t be able to shush Hillary Clinton the way he did Bush in that clip, Kilmeade quickly reversed and noted that Trump made a fine point on the Sunday after the debate.
Trump apparently didn’t take too kindly to Bush drudging up the past and calling him a whiner, so he proceeded to blast his rival in a series of tweets. He didn’t tell anybody this. “I like people who weren’t captured”, he remarked.
Trump and Bush have had a running war of words for most of the time Trump has been running for president. “The accomplishments that his campaign offered up – supporting a bill that became law where he didn’t vote for it, taking credit for the elimination of a risk order inside of Obamacare that he didn’t sponsor and the passage of one law with (Sen.) Jeanne Shaheen as a sponsor that I’m sure is a good bill. I have my views on this”, said Jeb Bush.
“Jeb’s network in SC is just as strong as the other three candidates who are likely to survive”, one unnamed Bush donor tells the news outlet. “I think I’m more ready to be President”.
“Jeb’s a loser”, Mr. Trump said Monday on “CBS This Morning”. “If it were not for public money and eminent domain, George Bush would probably not have been president”.
But there’s no question that the power has has been abused when private interests influence the government, whether Robert Moses’ freeways rolling through New York’s poorest neighborhoods or Trump himself convincing New Jersey officials to seize an old lady’s house in Atlantic City for a limousine parking lot before the effort failed in court.
Trump called in to the show a little later. “We’ve got a public project approved by the voters of Arlington”. “An endorsement from [the person who presided over the worst economic disaster since the Great Depression] confers instant credibility”.
