Panthers LB Davis, DE Allen will start in Super Bowl
If the aging Carolina Panthers’ defensive end had had his way, he would have entered Super Bowl 50 completely healthy, the centerpiece of a feisty defense.
Meanwhile, facing the Cardinals for the NFC Championship, Davis sustained a broken arm in the first half which kept him out of action for the remainder of the game.

He said the Panthers are a special team.
