Customer throws alligator through drive-thru
Acording to the Sheriff’s report, James pulled up for his order, and after a server handed a drink and turned around, James tossed the 3 1/2-foot gator into the drive-through window. Now, we have a true tale of a man who through a live alligator through the drive thru of a Wendy’s.
He is said to have carried out the prank after finding the gator on the side of the road. “He does stuff like this because he thinks it’s amusing”.
The incident report from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission indicates it happened in October, but the suspect, 23-year-old Joshua James, was recently taken into custody by U.S. Marshals. Officers did not say if James gave a reason for his actions.
The FFWCC told WPTV that James admitted capturing the reptile on Southern Boulevard and bringing it to the fast food restaurant.
A Florida man is now facing charges of aggravated assault after investigators said he threw an alligator into a Wendy’s drive-thru window. The alligator was later released into a canal, according to NBC affiliate WPTV reported.
