Ciara Suing Ex Fiance Future for Slander & Libel in $15 Million Lawsuit

The singer claims that Future, who’s government name is Navadius Cash, criticised her mothering skills and the access she allows him to see their son.

In the suit obtained by TMZ, Ciara calls out Future for a radio interview in which he discussed a now infamous photo of Wilson pushing Ciara and Future’s son in his stroller.

Future doesn’t seem to have commented on the news yet, unless his onstage Instagram snap with the caption “Real love is powerful…” is related to this.

The singer is suing Future Hendrix for $15 million for slander and libel after the rapper criticized her as a mother and questioned her relationship with her current boyfriend, Russell Wilson.

Ciara tells the court Future’s lies are damaging because she’s a “well-known successful recording artist, songwriter, producer and entertainer with fans around the world” and is known for her community services, philanthropy and for being a great mother.

‘Like, that’s the number one rule. “You don’t even bring a man around your son”.

In the lawsuit, Ciara is attempting to stop her baby daddy from saying anything about their private family matters in public, and wants him to delete the string of mean tweets he wrote about her in January, according to TMZ. You letting them catch that photo. She is also seeking $250,000 in legal costs.

She also claims that she made several attempts to come to an amicable agreement with Future on child support, custody and visitation rights for their son, but says she had to file a claim for support against Future in another state.
