Olly Murs and Caroline Flack not jetting off

Now it seems the presenter has a new job – official X Factor waterboy.

A show insider told The Sun newspaper: “Caroline and Olly have great chemistry on camera because they are great mates backstage”.

It has yet to be confirmed where the judging panel – Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw – will be taking their contestants but it is thought the judges will only be allowed to pick somewhere that has UK-friendly timezones.

OLLY Murs and Caroline Flack will not be going to The X Factor Judges’ Houses this year.

Previously, the third stage of the competition – which sees the mentors whittle down their groups to the last few hopefuls ahead of the live shows – was filmed on a staggered schedule.

Instead, it’s claimed the dreamy duo will have to stay put in the studio as bosses plan to show the judges’ house stage LIVE, meaning they can’t really be in four places at once.

In between fetching water, Olly has been having fun messing around with co-presenter Caroline Flack, as this face-swap picture proves.

The source continued: “But they are excited about the series”. This year, it will be Rochelle Humes and Kiss FM DJ Melvin Odoom hosting the spinoff show.

However, it seems that another change in the show’s format, which is airing the Judges’ Houses rounds live, has left Olly and Caroline “gutted”, because it means that they won’t get to – as Dermot did – jet around the globe to accompany the judges to exotic locations.

Auditions for the talent contest’s twelfth series concluded yesterday at London’s SSE Arena.
