Learn everything you ever wanted to know about Far Cry
Ubisoft has released the 480 millionth trailer for Far Cry Primal today, giving you the lowdown on the prehistoric open-world game ahead of its impending release in a couple of weeks.
With the most recent trailer offering yet another look at the game, it’s obvious that Ubisoft has been busy promoting up a storm for Far Cry Primal. To survive, you must embark on a savage adventure filled with brutal weapons, warring tribes, and mystical journeys. When giant mammoths and sabretooth tigers ruled the Earth, and humanity was at the bottom of the food chain.
The five-minute trailer puts a lot of emphasis on the weapons Takkar will be able to wield in the game including a “Bee Bomb” and an an owl companion who is always by his side. He also has the ability to tame and command wild beasts, gaining them as deadly allies in battle. The new trailer shows how Takkar can befriend a number of intimidating Stone Age creatures that will both defend and attack. Let’s remember that the play area for Primal is necessarily a bit smaller than that in Far Cry 4, mainly because you won’t be tooling around the countryside in a vehicle because they’re about 12,000 years from being invented. The PC release lands on March 1st.
