Fox News slams Beyoncé’s ‘outrageous’ Super Bowl performance
The 330,000 members of the Fraternal Order of Police are aware of the anti-police symbolism and language used during portions of the halftime show at Super Bowl 50. “I can’t recall another time you saw that unambiguousness with a performance on a large scale”.
Republican Congressman Peter King of NY immediately condemned Beyoncé for her performance, saying on Facebook “her pro-Black Panther and anti-cop video “Formation” and her Super Bowl appearance is just one more example of how acceptable it has become to be anti-police”.
“Formation” is a tribute to the violent Black Lives Matter movement, which gained ground in 2015 and continues to disruptively protest what it calls injustice towards blacks especially by police.
While Beyonce and her camp haven’t confirmed the nod, her backup dancers donned Black Panther-esque berets and all-black garb for the show.
“Furthermore”, she continued, “I’m sorry this wasn’t wholesome enough for you”.
But how did Beyonce herself feel about her performance? The performance was speculated to be fully speaking for black activism and even a message against police brutality.
“I got dressed for the halftime show”.
Until now, I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to dislike Beyoncé.
The routine was mostly met by VERY positive reviews, except from a certain former New York City Mayor who took major exception to Beyonce’s political motives. I didn’t realize that singing about race was equivalent to Janet Jackson getting her titty pulled out at the Super Bowl.
The Fraternal Order of Police’s national president said part of the Super Bowl halftime show contained “anti-police symbolism and language” in a statement Tuesday. Williams questioned. “What are they, so delicate and unaware, and maybe so white, that Beyonce is too much for them?”
This was especially naughty, you see, because anyone who celebrates that political group or Malcolm X clearly hates and loathes law and order.
