FBI says it has surrounded last occupiers at Oregon refuge
Ammon’s brother, another occupier, is also jailed. The newspaper, which said Bundy owes $1 million in grazing fees and penalties, said he faces a charge of conspiracy to interfere with a federal officer and weapons charges.
The Facebook page for Cliven Bundy’s ranch says he was arrested when he arrived at Portland International Airport. “You’re going to hell, you f***ing idiot”.
“But I want everybody to know that we’ll never see the light of day again”, she said. “The blood will be on their hands”, Sean Anderson declared.
A Nevada legislator, Michele Fiore, called in to try to get the occupiers to calm down. Fiore said she could help them only if they stayed alive.
The scene played out Wednesday night via an open phone line being livestreamed on the Internet by an acquaintance of one of the occupiers.

The more than month-long standoff at an OR wildlife refuge could be ending in just a few hours. They discussed the possibility of turning themselves in to authorities Thursday.
“We’re not surrendering, we’re turning ourselves in”.
“If they shoot, then we’ll shoot back”, another occupier said.
The FBI said Wednesday that they had “moved to contain” the last remaining occupiers at the refuge.
Agents were placed behind barricades near the self-styled militia’s encampment, an Federal Bureau of Investigation statement said.
Authorities arrested Ammon Bundy, his brother Ryan Bundy and other group leaders as they traveled to a community meeting January 26 north of the refuge when authorities set up a road block.
On Wednesday night Sandy Anderson said after the group was surrounded: “They’re threatening us”. “They are about 50 yards from us”.
When one woman – presumed to be Fiore – asked David and Sandy about their families, a man responded, “God has put us on this path. Our families are already taken care of; they weren’t in our lives much before all this because God made sure we didn’t have that to weigh us down so that we could do this”, one man said.
The county has in fact been in an economic tailspin for decades, one of the biggest blows the closing of a lumber mill many blame on what they say are overly restrictive policies by the U.S. Forest Service.
Throughout the streamed conversation, occupiers mentioned the involvement of Reverend Franklin Graham, the Christian evangelist son of Billy Graham.
Bundy, who was among a dozen people arrested late last month, has repeatedly called for the last four holdouts to call off the movement and leave peacefully.
The FBI released video taken from an aircraft above that scene and said that Finicum had reached for a gun in his jacket before he was shot by police.
Although many local residents are sympathetic with its cause, many also oppose the occupation of the refuge.
